Red Giant Star R Doradus: Stellar Bubbles Captured by ALMA | ESO
The Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) has captured images of the bubbling surface of the red giant star R Doradus—the first time this motion has been imaged in detail in a star other than the Sun.
